Entweder der Satz ist fehlerhaft oder ich erkenne nicht, was er mir sagen will. Sind die an den Tarifvertrag für .... und .... gebunden oder steht der Abschluss noch aus?

Asker: Danke. Das ist der volle Satz: In (dann kommt der Name des Unternehmens) abides with ..... Das passt halt auch nicht mit dem "in", da erwartet man eher einen Standort als den Namen des Unternehmens, aber dann wäre es wiederum "abide" nicht "abides", deshalb denke ich, ja ist was schief gelaufen bei dem Satz.

agree  Birgit Gläser: würde ich auch so sehen... viele Firmen bezeichen sich in Verträge als "it", also wäre abides richtig... kenne es aber auch nur als abide by... vielleicht fälschlich von comply übernommen...
