All certifying remarks in hard brackets are those of a native English speaker involved with my translation.
All other English is in-country English from Afghanistan forming part of my source document as explained.

cf eine Anmerkung /'Anmerkungen zu Adolf H.' vom Sebastian Haffner and that I received as a gift 40 years ago/ and Vormerkung as approx. a registered caution entered in a DEU/AUT Grundbuch.

PS Translate 'remarked' English into (Afghan) Pashto and then back again into English and 'shown' comes out cf. Vorhaltung as a document shown in litigation vs. an objection raised.

OK. My first thought had actually been Ab- bzw. Niederschrift, though I had been reminded by other commentators of the ref. to 'certifying remarks'.
