Auf einer Verpackungsanweisung eines weltweit tätigen US-Industrieunternehmens heißt es:

“***Must have non-detectable 2,3,7,8-TCDD isomer*** (method l01699-ME97A) and less than 0.01 ppm total for all detected dioxin isomers, when analyzed by a method with a limit of detection of 0.001 ppm for each isomer.”

"Muss ein Isomer enthalten, das nicht nachweisbar ist", kann doch nur heißen "darf keine nachweisbaren Anteile des Isomers enthalten".

agree  Werner Walther: Sehe ich auch so, ist zugegebenermaßen eine etwas irreführende Formulierung. Die Logik ist wohl so: wenn etwas von dem Zeug drin ist, muss es so wenig sein, dass es bei den vorgeschriebenen Nachweisverfahren nicht nachweisbar ist.
