1 serve (~ 2 large squares)
1 Serve (1 sausage)
1 Serve (2 shells)
3 ½ cups
**Green serve** (1 teaspoon)
**Green serve** (1/3 cup, cooked)

You may have already noticed that we have adjusted the serving sizes for some foods to be more practical and in line with Healthy Eating Guidelines. We have also included a green, moderate and a red serve where possible.
Here are some examples:
• Broccoli heads: The green serve has been reduced from 90g to 75g, and we have added a moderate and high FODMAP serve.
• Pink lady apples: Even though it’s small – we have now listed a green serving size. This means you can enjoy a small amount either on its own or in a meal. For more information on serving sizes please check the app.

Below is a list of the many ingredients you may include from the green serves (low FODMAP), the amber serves (moderate FODMAP) and the red serves (high FODMAP)

More Detail about Serving Sizes
We are now giving app users more information about the serving size at which green serves of fruit and vegetables become amber serves. This allows users to determine the upper limit serving size that would still be considered low in FODMAPs. Examples of fruit and vegetables with more serving size information include aubergine, red cabbage, cherry tomatoes, pineapple, cumquats and green kiwi fruit.

Vielen Dank!
