Ersuchen um persönliche/private Zustimmung Explanation: Das Unternehmen hat offenbar Schuldscheine ausgegeben, die am 1.12.2017 fällig werden. Jetzt will PD die Fälligkeit auf den 1. Juni 2018 hinausschieben. Und dazu braucht er die Zustimmung der Gläubiger, um die er nachsucht (private consent solicitation). Ich denke, man kann das "private" auch weglassen, und das ganze mit "Zustimmungsersuchen" übersetzen. |

Instead of "private", the term "confidential" is more common. See Google and below: https://www.afp.com/en/news/1315/pacific-drilling-announces-... I would propose that it wil not be disclosed who gave consent and who did not, as such it is a private/confidential solicitation of consent (Google). The actual term may be different, i.e. Einholung von Zustimmunserklärugen auf vertraulicher Basis, anonym, etc. |
