Yes, I'm also someone who normally pleads for askers to post the whole sentence and more context. So I understand the insufficency of my post. But this really is just a fleeting reference to a concept in the Bön tradition in a document about another topic. The sentence reads (slightly adapted):
In the pre-Buddhist tradition in Tibet known as Bön there was a concept which can be translated as "primordial ancestralness". [This is close to] the Buddhist concept of "absoluteness".

Indeed, at least post the full sentence. Preferrably one or two more. Apart from that, as Bön was the predecessor of Buddhism in Tibet and has also influenced it, I guess that something with "Abstammung..." might also do the trick.

Yes, I know there is very little context, but the document I am working on only mentions this concept briefly and doesn't really explain it, so I really don't have any more details of the concept itself.
