English to German translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law (general) / Testament
English term or phrase: I may die seised or possessed
In einer testamentarischen Verfügung heißt es:

"I give and bequeath all of my estate, both real and personal, ...and wheresoever situated of which ***I may die seised or possessed*** or over which I may have the power of appointment, to XX."

Was mich völlig irritiert ist das "die" im eingesternten Teil, damit kann ich irgendwie nichts anfangen.

Was ist gemeint?
