Hallo liebe Kollegen,
ich wollte mich mal vergewissern, dass ich den Sinn hier richtig verstehe, wenn das Wort "recitfy" sich auf "right" bezieht. Die Passsage lautet:

To the Founders' best knowledge these IP rights are neither the subject of third-party claims, of pending proceedings for contesting, canceling, revoking or **for rectifying them** that could have adverse effects on the business operations of the Company...

Ich würde das als Wiederherstellung von Rechten an geistigem Eigentum übersetzen. Was meint ihr dazu? Danke euch im Voraus für eure Meinung.
