ABER: "Mageres Schwein" sagt in Börsenkreisen kein Mensch.

An den Terminbörsen wird zwischen Lebendvieh (noch nicht schlachtreif)
und Schlachtvieh unterschieden.

Lean Hogs - Lebendschwein
Live Cattle - Lebendrind
Feeder Cattle - Mastrind (schlachtreif)
Pork Bellies - Schweinebauch (gefroren)

die weiteren Märkte:
Wheat - Sommerweizen
(Hard) Red Wheat - Winterweizen

Soybeans - Sojabohne (desweiteren gibt es Sojaschrot & -öl)
