Dir ..zur Vorabinformation, .. in Kauf nehmen und auf eine ...Maßnahme/Verlagerung eingestellt sein
Explanation:
10-word limit - never mind. First speculatively translate back into Lat. Am. Spanish: PR-Mex (?) ES> *cumplo con* anticipar/adelantar/selo .. dar cuenta y adecuarse/ alinearse...

... dies u.s.w. vorausgeschickt I couldn't fit in with a prionoun of Dir or Ihnen.

The rest ought to be 'plain sailing' - or with the right number of rudders as in a recent question: in Stromrichtung, from then on.

Thanks to all the discussion entrants or, in Scottish, intrants for the tips.

agree  dkfmmuc: A 90 % agree. I just would change the salutation from Dir ->Ihnen. Result a more formal communication. "Dir" would be to close except whren used in one of the super-modern contect of an Internet entrepreneur. Amendment: Great and thanks for your answer.

-> Thanks und danke. The only reason I didn't add Ihnen was that it didn't fit on the answer line - 'too long'....
