Overall

German translation: gesamt

English to German translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical (general)
English term or phrase: Overall
As a subtitle: "Overall treatment-emergent adverse events"

I cannot think of a suitable word for overall that would sit well in the phrase... Insgesamt does not seem good, and neither does Allgemeine...

I could be wrong though.

Help appreciated.

this might fit, what do you think

However, "Zwischenfälle insgesamt" is certainly good, too.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hi Anne, I strongly considered this option as I think it is semi-redundant in English as well (btw, context does not clarify it, but rather complicates things further in this case), but since I know from past experience that many [less able] proofreaders or clients note "omission", I am inclined to bow under the pressure of the industry and translate unless completely redundant.

Comes with a smattering of context that may resolve your doubt as to "insgesamt."
