Es geht um die Spendentätigkeit einer Stiftung, die sich für das Stillen mit Muttermilch einsetzt.


Fund 1 shall not knowingly receive any gifts from entities that manufacture and sell ***infant formula, with or without modification*** or receive the majority of their funding from entities that manufacture and sell infant formula or actively pro-mote the use of ***infant formula, with or without modification***, for use as a par-tial or total replacement of breastmilk for term infants with healthy, lactating mothers.

While respecting his/her academic freedom, the Director and holder of the Chair will act in good faith and is strongly encouraged to refrain from directly per-forming research sponsored by, or otherwise collaborating with, companies that manufacture and sell infant formula, with or without modification, or pro-mote the use of ***infant formula, with or without modification***, for use as a par-tial or total replacement of breastmilk for term infants.
