Fragen aus einer Umfrage:
Did you receive a communication from our Compliance Team explaining the program on the 15th September?

Did you receive a communication from our Compliance Team explaining the program on the 9th October?

Ich bin nicht sicher, ob es sich hier um eine wie auch immer geartete schriftliche Mitteilung handelt, oder ob eine persönliche Kontaktaufnahme gemeint ist.

Lässt sich da etwas aus dem wenigen Kontext sagen?

Danke an alle, mehr als um die Kontaktaufnahme (ein guter Vorschlag) geht es hier darum ob bestimmte Informationen vermittelt wurden, daher passt "informiert werden" hier besser.

Dreh es doch einfach um - "Sind Sie von ... kontaktiert worden..." kann auf deutsch sowohl eine persönl. Kontaktaufnahme als auch eine schriftl. Mitteilung meinen ;-)
