Häppchen Explanation: Es werden vier verschiedene Arten von Häppchen auf Tabletts herumgetragen und den noch stehenden/herumlaufenden Gästen gereicht. Siehe zum Beispiel die Bilder, die eine Google-Suche nach „passed bites“ oder „passed hors d'oeuvres“ hervorbringt. Das ist eine feste Wendung, aber das „passed“ kommt wohl ursprünglich vom Herumreichen. „Unbedingt zum Sektempfang dazu gehört Fingerfood, also Kanapees oder kleine Amuse Gueules.
