Bekannt ist der Term ja aus Edgar Ellen Poes Kurzgeschichte Tell-Tale heart. Es ist jedoch fraglich, ob sich "verräterisch" für eine Weinbeschreibung eignet. "Ein verräterischer Hauch von Rauch"? ... naja, ich weiß nicht so recht, ob das jetzt für den Wein spricht oder nicht. Vielleicht kreativ sein: "ein Hauch (oder Anklang) von Rauch, der eine eigene Geschichte erzählt"...
