English term or phrase: to be fair to her/him
I am really looking for a comprehensive list of Greek conversational fillers, like 'to be fair,' 'you know', 'honestly', ' I have to say', 'well', 'I see' or in a typical meaningless sentence like, 'Yeah I was like 'ohmygod that random guy was like so totally, like, random!'
Is there one easily available to users of ProZ? It seems that this aspect of very common conversational language is all too often neglected in language forums. I only hope that this sort of question does not contravene the rules of ProZ.

Although yours is the only answer, it will serve the purpose as a common Greek filler. I'm looking for a list of these as there are found online for various languages but it is proving difficult. Thank you for your answer.
