full-time equivalen (FTE) Explanation: Percentage of time, or the more common full-time equivalent (FTE), is a measure of how many hours an employee works. Generally, 100 percent means full-time work, the same as an FTE value of 1.0. Convert the percentage into a decimal, if you have percentage of time (FTE is already a decimal). Simply divide the percentage by 100. For example, if the percentage of time is 60 percent, the decimal would be 0.60. Reference: http://www.ehow.com/how_6782420_convert-percentage-time-work... |
