you should also take into account the words "follow your heart" and not just "heart beat". I believe this might be a nice play of words that captures the spirit

It's not wrong, but less accurate and a bit more literal. There's a beautiful metaphoric meaning that gets lost in your translation; after all, they do not really mean you to listen to your heart beats, but rather act like you feel and follow your feelings
