I am working on a medical survey that asks patients to respond whether they are caucasian or white (among other races). I always considered caucasian as white. Is there another way to translate "caucasian" into Hebrew?

neutral  Akiva Brest (X): In regards to caucasian Jews coming from the Caucasus, everbody who comes from the Caucasus is caucasian - whether Jewish or not.

In respect to the usgae of the term "caucasian" to define ethnicity, this is mostly american. In other English speaking countries, the trterm "white" is generally used. Therefore, caucasian = white.
