Grete hi, you picked a response which is incorrect - you should note the peer comment posted to the suggested answer.

Basically you would simply write: שמאל which is Left and ימין which is Right.
In English letters Right = ימין = Yamin // Left = שמאל = Small.

  -> Asker described what the translation will be used for, but only aksed for "Right". What you suggested will not be used on an X-ray.
