בַּחֶסֶד נוֹשַׁעְתֶּם

Explanation:
You probably meant the phrase in Ephesians 2:5 (and 2:8) and elsewhere in the new testement.
the translation is "Hen bachesed nosha'atem" - "הֵן בַּחֶסֶד נוֹשַׁעְתֶּם!"

It is adressed to an audience using "you" in plural form.
In other usage "Nosha'atem" (נוֹשַׁעְתֶּם) will change
