live forever לחיות לנצח Explanation: if you mean it as adirective to someone - "Live forever!" it would be "חייה לנצח" / "חיי לנצח" / "חיו לנצח" depending on if you direct it to a male / female / plural. However - all those sound a bit awkward, especially for a tatoo. Thats why I suggested the above whicj means "to live forever". Last suggestion - also very appropriate for tatoos - "חיי נצח" which means "eternal life" |
