Maneesh
Anukoolan
Explanation:
Customization means adaptation in the sense of information technology and I think it may be translated as anukoolan as we tend to adapt certain things by means of customization as per our requirements.

In view of your addendum, I feel that a custom chart may be translated as Parampraagat/Maanak/Roodh/Nirdhaarit/Niyat/Nishchit chart as per requirements of text.

'Manak' sounds the closest and very appropriate. Thanks. However, while translating 'Custom Chart', I guess it'll be better to transliterate at least one of the words. Like, I could use- 'Manak Chart'. Your opinion, sir?

custom
swa-nirdharit

Explanation:
I have also been looking for a good term for this in Hindi. Translitrating doesn't help. I have been using swa-nirdharit for some time. However, it doesn't fit in all contexts.

Sandeep, I can guess some usages like, "custom built", "it can be customized as per need of user" etc. Let's wait for asker's comment on this.
