peer agreement (net): +2नज़रों में न आनेवाला/ध्यान आकर्षित नहीं करनेवाला, नली, नहीं फटनेवाला, नहीं उलझनेवाला Explanation: यहाँ केवल discreet कठिन है, और बाकी सब शब्द अपने सामान्य अर्थों में ही आए हैं। Discreet का सामान्य अर्थ बुद्धिमानी से, विवेक के साथ आदि होता है, पर उसका एक अर्थ छिपे रीति से, ध्यान आकर्षित न करते हुए, diplomatically भी होता है। यहाँ इससे मिलते-जुलते अर्थ में इसका प्रयोग हुआ है। कहने का तात्पर्य यह है कि इस इन्सुलिन पॉड लगाने पर भी वह एक तरह से छिपा सा ही रहता है, आसानी से दिखता नहीं है, या ध्यान आकर्षित नहीं करता है। मेरे विचार से इसके लिए नज़रों में न आनेवाला या नज़रों में न चढ़नेवाला सही प्रयोग होगा। एक अन्य विकल्प ध्यान आकर्षित नहीं करनेवाला भी हो सकता है। बाकी शब्द सरल हैं - tubing - नली snag - फटना, कटना, छेद होना आदि tangle - उलझ जाना, जैसे धागे का उलझना। चूँकि tubing भी डोरी जैसी एक लंबी चीज़ ही है, उसके उलझने का खतरा रहता है, पर इसमें वह खतरा नहीं है, यही कहा गया है। |
