बेहतरी तटस्थ शब्द है और उसे यों ही उपयोग किया जा सकता है। लेकिन 'बेहतर बनाना' का उपयोग करने पर 'किसे' बेहतर बनाना है, इसे स्पष्ट करना आवश्यक हो जाता है, अन्यथा वाक्य अधूरा सा लगता है।

मेरी समझ से इन दोनों में यही फर्क है।

स्लोगन आदि के लिए बेहतरी शब्द ज्यादा ठीक लगता है।

बदलाव शब्द change का समानार्थी है, हालांकि difference और change में बहुत बारीक अंतर ही है।
