Kedves fordítók!
Keresem az „afterloader” kifejezés magyar megfelelőjét – már ha egyáltalán van ilyen. A Közbeszerzési Értesítőben is afterloader szerepel. Ez olyan bizgentyű, amit radioterápiás eljárásoknál használnak. Nem az egész delikvens sugározzák be, hanem valami katéterekkel utat vágnak a testébe, és azután ezzel az afterloader-el felviszik a sugárforrást pontosan oda, ahol a daganat van, majd a végén eltávolítják. Van ennek magyar neve? Nem a nyelvi sovinizmus beszél belőlem, de irtózom az ilyen szavaktól amelyeknek ragozását csak kötőjellel tudom megoldani.
Példa: „Confirm the Applicator compatibility with the afterloader (e.g. source configuration, transfer tube fittings, etc…) prior to the placement of the Applicator.”
