clienti che reagiscono se stimolati/clienti reattivi piuttosto che proattivi Explanation: sono in effetti "clienti reattivi", nel senso psicologico del termine, che "reagiscono" a offerte, suggerimenti, piuttosto che prendere l'iniziativa. Può non sembrare tanto chiaro, non è ancora molto diffusa come espressione in italiano, così ti ho proposto due soluzioni: la prima che è una sorta di spiegazione, la seconda che, introducendo l'espressione che vi si oppone, dovrebbe risultare più intelleggibile (se poi il testo è per gli addetti ai lavori, lo capiranno sicuramente).
