Non è scritto in modo chiaro e parla di "don't let the blade touch the pulp first", perché nella parte precedente aveva specificato che vanno inseriti prima gli ingredienti duri e poi quelli morbidi. Ma "turn on and out in position"? Che cosa intende?

Il senso quindi sarebbe: Accendere e mettere in posizione prima che la polpa tocchi le lame

Explanation:
turn on and out in position significa letteralmente "girare e uscire di posizione"cioe. prima di tutto spegni il frullatore, controlli che all'interno la polpa non blocchi la lama e se cosi e' con un cucchiaio mescoli. Dopodiche puoi riaccendere e far partire il frullatore.
