Non riesco a capire come tradurre queste due espressioni.
Ho pensato ad "articolo da fabbricare" e "articolo da acquistare", ma non so se mi convince molto.
Si tratta di un testo relativo a un software per la gestione degli ordini e degli stock aziendali.
Qui ci sono alcuni esempi delle frasi in cui ho trovato queste espressioni:
"Lead times shown here for a make item are not used in ATP as ATP honors the item routing to determine lead time. When a specific MAKE item has no valid routing, the Pre-Processing, Processing and Post Processing leads times would be used to promise the make item."
"Buy items would only be able to check ATP for material only."

Secondo me MAKE ITEM si riferisce ad articoli/prodotti che il soggetto/azienda fabbrica in proprio e direttamente, mentre BUY ITEM si riferisce a quelli che acquista da terzi. Questo perché lavoro con aziende che trattano entrambi i prodotti e chiamano i secondi "articoli commerciali", ma puoi chiamarli anche "articoli di produzione terza".
