agree  Ottavia Merlin: Esatto, le mani devono essere in linea con l'avambraccio, altrimenti il palmo forma un angolo retto con l'avambraccio creando ipertensione ("Le tecnopatie del ciclismo", Z. Zani, nell'immagine si vede proprio il polso che scivola sul manubrio)
