他の方の回答もよろしいと思いますが、１つ１つの単語に忠実に訳出するとこのようになると思います。取引内容の補足説明（注釈）を入力するフィールドのことですが、会計伝票関連で、明細、という言葉は、取引明細１つ１つを指す用語になります。「XXXからのXXXに関しての入金」等、が、１明細、ということです。

Explanation:

agree  Harry Oikawa: 手形の受け払いを記録する場合、受取人／振出人や支払い地などの明細が記録されます。 それらの項目を記載する部分があれば、narrationは備考欄と考えてもいいのですが、この表にはそういった項目がないので、それらをまとめて記載する欄と考えられます。 したがって“取引内容”とするのが良いと思います。

agree  Mami Yamaguchi: 選んだ後ですが、statements, details, particulars, remarks, narration の順番であれば、これがふさわしいですね。摘要はまず備考より先に来ます。narrationの意味から「内容」が一番ふさわしいと思います。摘要は、重要な箇所の抜書きであって、narration(何でも語って！）の意味ではないと思います。

I agree with MariyaN's response, but this is another option. For example, the Transaction Narration field on a transfer could be used to identify a name you wanted to be associated with the transfer, in which case 備考 or 備考欄 might be more fitting than 取引内容.

日本の銀行（大手、M銀行）では、取引の内容、摘要、備考どれも使われるそうです。　銀行取引では、摘要は、いわばー公共料金、備考はーNHKとなります。　
取引内容の補足説明をするものは備考だと思います。　摘要、備考ひっくるめたものを取引内容と言い、広範囲に使われているということでした。　
場合によって、訳が違ってくるようですね。　上記のnarrationの定義は、the relation in words or writing of the particulars of any transaction or event, or of any series of transactions or events; story; history.
となっています。　briefというより、narrativeなんでしょうね。
