航空機で主脚（Main Landing Gear）の間隔をHeel to heel dimensionと表現した例を私は知りません。（一応航空が専門ですが）

通常heel to heel dimensionは歩行の際のかかとからかかとまでの距離です。
Face heel-heel dimension は進行方向に対するかかと間の距離（いわゆる歩幅）であり、

Diagonal heel-heel dimension は実際の右足のかかとから左足のかかとまでの対角線上の距離をいってると推測することもできるのですが。
