English term or phrase: polished, brushed, grooved
All tile formats in 12 primary colours are available with standard surface finish and also with a "polished, brushed, grooved" finish.

Can anybody help to translate the words "polished, brushed, grooved" into Japanese?

研磨・磨かれ・溝つき仕上げ

Explanation:
It's difficult to differentiate between 'polish' and 'brush', but a direct translation of the phrase would be, 研磨・磨かれ・溝つき仕上げ

Polished: 研磨
brushed: 磨く
Grooved: 溝つき
finish: 仕上げ

すべての12原色タイル種類を標準表面仕上げと、研磨・磨かれ・溝つき仕上げで提供しています。

こんな感じではないかと思います。

A Japanese person could probably give you a better translation.
The 研磨、磨かれ、 sounds reduntant though...

磨仕上,ブラシ仕上,溝付仕上

Explanation:
I recommend asker to search with "Google Image Search" for "polished finish","brushed finish", and "grooved finish". Asker may have some images about these terms.
And my answers are:
磨(みがき)仕上
ブラシ仕上
溝付仕上(加工)

However, I am not sure that there are such "grooved" finish tile.
This one maybe:

agree  KathyT: Not tiles, exactly, but this may be of some help: http://www.proz.com/kudoz/1182046 I think ブラッシュ(ド) is suitable for "brushed."
