neutral  Yumico Tanaka (X): 機械そのもの指しているのではなく、stationとあるので、ニュアンス的には「地点」といったほうが近いですが、写真のように押して引くものが設置してあるものといっても間違いではないですね。

agree  FlowingSpiri (X): アメリカの学校などの公共施設に設置ｓれている、人がレバーを引くことによって火災などを知らせるPull Station (火災報知機)は日本ではすでに廃止されているようです。

On a job site,it is called pull-station.
In Japan,it had been used for fire alarm transmission in a few tens of years ago,but now button type system is generally used.
工事現場サイトではプルステーションと言っています。日本での警報発信機には、2,3十年も昔に使用されていたようですが、現在はほとんどがボタン式のようです。
