画像検索をすると、土器のようなものが大量に挙がってくるのですが、遺跡などから発掘されたものなのでしょうか?

赤と白以外なら黒と想像して検索したら、「黒絵式(黒像式)陶芸」がみつかりました。

下では common ground ではなく black figure が使われていますが、他に並ぶのが red figure と white ground なので、おそらく black figure を指していると思って良いようです。

Asker: 検索で上がってきた画像や説明から判断すると、common ground とは陶器の地の色のことを指しているようですが、多様な色合いのものがみられるため、黒色と断定することは難しそうです。。。そのため「一般陶器」という訳で行くことにしました。
