signaturies ---> signatories (signatory) 署名人、調印者 Explanation: joint xxx の場合は、連署人とか連帯署名人 (cosigner) ですね。 -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 56 mins (2008-08-05 02:09:05 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- 前後がわからないので何ともいえないのですが、その "We" が履行する債務によっては、連署者とも、cosigner (連帯保証人) とも取れなくないのですね... 契約書に説明がありますか?どちらか適する方を選んでくださいね。 |
