On June 4, 2001, upon receiving reports from informer Ma Jingyao, police arrested 13 Falun Gong practitioners who were gathering to study the Fa in Ms. Wang Lanxiang's home at Majia Village, Sunji Town, Shouguang City, Shandong Province. Two days later, the police tortured two of the female practitioners, Wang Lanxiang and Li Yinping, to death.

Google¥'s cache has the key to this answer. From big to small, ¥"Shandong Province¥" is ¥"山東省¥", and ¥"Shouguang City¥" is ¥"寿光市¥". ¥"Sunji Town¥" is a district name in Shouguang City, and it will be written as ¥"孫家集?¥". The Japanese font set doesn¥'t have a character like the first character ¥"孫¥" and the fourth character ¥"?¥", I think. The first character has ¥"子¥" to the left and ¥"小¥" to the right (blackets are used to show the grouping of the character); the second character is ¥"家¥"; the third character is ¥"集¥"; and the fourth character is a simplified form of ¥"鎮¥", where the simplified form of ¥"金¥" is written to the left and ¥"真¥" to the right. In Pinyin, ¥"集鎮¥" is jizhen (2nd tone in ¥"ji¥" and 4th tone in ¥"zhen¥"), and it means ¥"town¥". ¥"家¥" in Pinyin is usually ¥"jia¥" (1st tone), but, for this name, ¥"ji¥" is instead used.

The Chinese character may not be correctly shown here. The first character is [子小] in Mainland China, where the simplified Chinese character (簡体字) is used, but its traditional character (繁体字), used in Taiwan and Hong Kong, is ¥"孫¥" (¥"mago¥" meaning ¥"grandchildren¥").
