accepted post appeal 承認された求職応募 Explanation: 文脈が無いので単なる推察になってしまいますが、分野が人事ということもあり、post appeal は job application と同義ではないかと思いました。appeal が単数なので、accepted は「受理した」と訳すより、選ばれた一件の意味で「承認」を使いました。 |

accepted post appeal 受理された(評価/処理に対する)異議申し立て Explanation: 人事でケースマネージメント、というと、思い浮かぶのが不服申し立て(appeal)です。そこからの連想ですが.... post が付いているので、社内の不平不満を受け付け、それを処理し、その処理に対して従業員が不服であれば申し立てをできるようになっているのではないでしょうか?あるいは、人事考課の結果減給や降格、部署替えなどが言い渡されたときに、それを不服として申し立てる場なのかもしれません。もちろん、不当な申し立てもあるかもしれませんので、それらが審査にかけられて、受理されるかどうか決まるのであり、そこで「accepted post appeal」というステータスが与えられるのでしょう。でも、この「選択」をするのは誰なんでしょう?おそらくは人事部の人かな。 |
