In commodities or derivatives market, when one party (the buyer) received the notice of (physical) delivery from the seller as the exercise of futures contract, the buyer will re-tender.

Explanation:
What it says is that the buyer will sell the commodity to another person instead of physically receiving it when due. (「再受渡し」 is a step towards it.) To convey the message, it may be easier to simply translate it as 転売する.
