時制もあっていないので、言わんとするところを推測するしかないと思います。
Make B a party to the sale of the products hereof の「つもり」ではないでしょうか。ただ、内容からして「当事者の一員」よりは「AはBをC製品のDへの販売当事者とする」の方が合っているように思えます。
