those "parts" are in the parts list of amusement ride... I've checked spelling many times but it seems those are correct... Anybody ever seen such parts names before?

From the web reference rin is short for radius in and rout is short for radius out
Thus, rin = 内縁半径 and rout = 外縁半径

In that sense, pout should have something to do with the outer side. But I couldnt figure that one out.
