Thank you hirosatoh-san and cinefil-san. I asked the client also, and they say it means that the lesion or stenosis is too distal in the artery and cannot be reached; the diameter of the vessel may be too small, etc.
I guess it is a description of the stenosis and not a name of stenosis, though. Some sites I found use $BE~C#:$Fq(B and$B!!E~C#IT2DG=(B. Also, it implies that it cannot be reached by catheter.
