I dropped "anata wa" at the begenning of the sentence since you don't generally refer to "you" when you are directly talking to someone in Japanese. However, in a formal speech, you might include it, so the complete sentence would be "anata wa kibou wo nakushite wa ima-sen-ka."

Explanation:
希望が持てない程度では自殺を考えないでしょう。絶望とは希望をなくすことではなく、もっと行き詰った気分です。だから「何もかもダメ!」「または何もかも絶望!」と言う表現を使いました。
