English term or phrase: Creative Entrepreneur
I figured that "creative" is "conficiens" in Latin. But I can't find any good translation for "entrepreneur", and I don't know how those two words should be written together.

mercator ingeniosus

Explanation:
conficiens bedeutet "bewirkend, zustande bringend"
mercator ist der Kaufmann ; erfinderisch, ideenreich = ingeniosus,
doch gibt es möglicherweise noch bessere Vorschläge.

sorry, I answered in German, but suppose you´ll understand that mercator corresponds to merchant and ingeniosus is the Latin counterpart of ingenious. But maybe, there will be submitted better suggestions than mine.

mercaturam facere, by the way, means to trade, so you might circumscribe by using the gerund homo mercaturam faciendo; but -personally - I am in favour of mercator .
