English term or phrase: time
Hi,

I mean “time” as in “how many times”, “five times”.

I realise that there are words like semel, bis, ter, but is there no separate word for “time(s)”? Certainly, I've been unable to find one.

All the best,

Simon

casus/tempus
Explanation:
'Time' in the sense of 'occasion' is usually rendered by 'casus' or 'tempus'. But far more often, one employs temporal adverbs, e.g.:

semel = once
bis = twice
ter = three times
quater = four times
quinquies = five times
sexies = six times
septies = seven times
octies = eight times
novies = eight times
decies = ten times
undecies = eleven times
duodecies = twelve times, etc.
