Man šķiet, ka tur vienkārši vārds ir izlaists. Pēc konteksta tur var būt aptuveni "having declared himself that...". Neaizmirstiet, ka šitās muļķības raksta cilvēki, kuriem rakstīt vajadzētu aizliegt ar likumu. Tāpēc arī rezultāti tādi.
