call on shares Prasība samaksāt iemaksu par akcijām Explanation: Multitran: требование уплаты взноса за акции http://www.pons.eu/dict/: Aufforderung f zur Einzahlung auf Aktien skat. arī: http://ron.proz.com/kudoz/english_to_romanian/law:_contracts... "What is a “call” on shares? The Directors, ensuring the Co-op has a cash flow appropriate to its requirements, will “call” on members for periodic payments on their shares. When a call is made, members that have not fully “paid up” their shares will be asked to send in a further payment. For example, the Co-op Directors could ask for a payment on 25% of the subscribed shares not yet fully paid up." |

call on shares apmaksāt akcijas Explanation: Tādējādi šāda valsts notāra interpretācija noved pie tā, ka personām, kuras vēlas jaunās akcijas apmaksāt ar mantisku ieguldījumu, faktiski tiek liegtas ... www.ur.gov.lv/index.php?a=65&l=1160 - 21k - apmaksāt gan ir rusicisms, bet tā runā akcija var būt pliks papīra gabals vai pat teikums statutos, ja tās nav apmaksātas. dibinot uzņēmumu (vismaz Latvijā), ir minimālās prasības - SIA gadījumā laikam joprojām 2000 LVL ( ko var maksāt naudā un graudā). nu, tad dalībnieki atbild ar 2000 latiem. ja grib nopietnus projektus bīdīt, pasūtītāji var pieprasīt pretī reālu uzņēmumu ar reālu naudu pamatkapitālā ( arī citos uzņēmumu veidos, A/S piemēram). šai gadījumā direktoriem dotas tiesības to pieprasīt. |
