Prekės ženklo garantas Explanation: Cha cha, gerai suformuluotas klausimas, pakėlė nuotaiką :) Iš principo Brand Promise yra ne kas kita, kaip Prekės ženklo kokybės garantija. O bet tačiau, čia jau prasideda painiava su Quality Assurance ir su Warranties. Tai siūlyčiau Prekės ženklo garantas arba kokybės garantas. Galbūt galima prigalvoti ir kitokių formuluočių, bet mintis tokia. |

prekės ženklo pažadas Explanation: Mano galva, nieko nėr gražiau už "pažadą"... Čia kaip tik žaidžiama semantiniu neapibrėžtumu, apimančiu tiek bendrovės įsipareigojimus, tiek vartotojų lūkesčius. Kita vertus, "pažadas" gan prigijęs rinkodarininkų luome. |
