i'm just running with it here as i have no idea if FINAS/msia has a rating system in place.

however if this is the R-Rated per the MPAA (Motion Picture Assoc of America) then that R-Rating is classified as:

'R' - Restricted, children under 16 would not be admitted without an accompanying parent or adult guardian.

[this was later raised to under 17 years of age but till today it still varies in some jurisdictions.]
