Sudahkah anda makan atau belum?

Explanation:
Precise definition.

Sudah = Have

Anda = You

Makan = Eat [ eaten means " dimakan' in Malay. not grammatically correct to the target sentence; "di" is a preposition word, means to locate something, somewhere, or to indicate an activity acted by someone, something,correct order:have been eaten by what?]
so use `eat` instead.

Atau= Or [to provide a brige link between makan (verb) and belum (questions)].

Belum = yet

Anda dah makan? Also, "Anda sudah makan?"

Explanation:
Depending on the material type. If it's in context to an academic text, I will use "Anda sudah makan?" but in other publication type, for example, in an article or a short report, "Anda dah makan?" also sounds courteous. My thoughts!

Example sentence(s):
  • Saya baru sahaja bersarapan pagi! Anda dah makan?
